Some Cartage users have reported blank pages or empty content when they visit Cartage pages.
The most common reason for this is a conflict between Ioncube and compression in Zen Cart. When compression is enabled in Zen Cart, Ioncibe cannot uncompress and display the pages.
It is easy to disable compression in Zen Cart. Go to
Zen Cart Admin -> Configuration -> Gzip Compression - set compress to 0
