ForumFinder integrates your phpBB forum searches right into your Joomla search.
ForumFinder is most useful when you display your forum in a Joomla wrapper and create the feeling that the forum is tightly integrated into your site. Using this extension, the search results will contain forum topics also. The forum links will open the forum inside the wrapper, at the correct page, allowing you to use the forum for discussion and Joomla! for content.

Requirements
A Joomla! 1.5.7 or higher installation, along with a phpBB 3.0 or higher installation. The installs need to be on the same server for the extension to work.
What you need to know
Tech Note: The core wrapper class of Joomla! 1.5 has a limitation in that it doesn't allow parameters to be passed to the wrapper, and from there to the page that is loaded. If (like us) you need to pass parameters to it then a change is required to the core files. We provide that 3 line change as part of the extension.
