Requirements
A Joomla! 1.5.7 or higher installation, along with a Zen Cart™ installation. The installs need to be on the same server for the extension to work, and the database tables need to be located in the same database.
What you need to know
This search plugin allows customisation of results through the parameters of the plugin. Although designed to work with Cartage, as long as the requirements are followed, the following options are customisable:
- Change the name of the checkbox on the Joomla! search page
- Change the domain for the search results, and which page to be directed to
- Search on just the products description and name, or make categories and keywords searchable as well
- Open results in either the same window, or a new window
